 "We have used Bootheel Catering any number of times now and they just get better with every menu creation!  David Newton is a real pro in the kitchen and on the grill.  At this point, I think he can cook anything despite his inclination to serve great barbeque and awesome mac and cheese!  When he served beef tenderloin (medium rare to perfection) with his garlic shallot sauce...well, our guests left nothing.  Just fantastic!  Then, pecan pie...stop me!!  Great food, great value!  You have to try Bootheel!!!
